Babies won't remember anything. Their memories aren't developed enough before the age of two to even think about what you're doing. That's not to say they don't have any memory at all-my first one is from when I was sitting in a stroller-but the chances of someone realizing at 20 that they remember seeing mom and dad going at it is really small.
But I'd go with the "when they can stand themselves up in the crib" just for the ew factor of seeing my kid seeing me making a kid.....I didn't even like having the dog in the room.

Nephew walked into sister's and her husband's room when they were having sex. He was about three. He asked "what're you doing?" Dad said, "Exercising!" and walked him back to his own room....
