Oral sex
A mans wife is in a coma. She's been in a coma for a month. One day as the nurse is giving the comatose woman a sponge bath, the EEG monitor shows a high rate of activity every time the nurse rubs the sponge on the woman's sweet spot. The nurse runs and gets the doctor.
The nurse shows the doctor exactly what happened before and the doctor tells the nurse to phone the husband. The husband comes in and is told of the recent developments in his wife's condition.
The husband has a bewildered look and the doctor explains, "I think that if you have oral sex with your wife, she may come out of the coma".
They leave the husband alone in the room and after about 3 minutes the wife is flatlining. They rush in, look at the husband and ask "what happened". The husband shrugs and says "I think she choked".
