No, I'm talking about published, peer-reviewed research. It's all about moderation; aspartame is fine unless you're drinking hundreds of cans of diet soda per day, every day; MSG isn't a problem unless you're allergic or sensitive, and HFCS tastes like ass but is all converted to glucose anyway.
