Well I am not using linux (sorry guys!), but here is a cap of my XP desktop.
I like icons on my desktop and I use most of them, they are arranged into groups according to what they are (the stuff on the far left is just things I save there that need to be sorted, so its constantly changing, but everything else stays pretty much the same)
Dual monitors too!! 24" and a 19". I took that picture myself using a toy, a calender, and a red lamp (and a camera...)
