You know, I really dont know where this fetish activity would even come from. Mostly likely it exists only in porno movies.
I am not saying that oral sex if bad, and obviously there are bodily fluids involved, which is fair enough... but we are talking about a guy purposely guzzling his own semen... I find it very hard to believe that there are any women out there who dont find that revolting, as any man would. You know, even homosexuals do not exchange bodily fluids in this way, even though they are sexually attracted to men in general.
As for the analogy... I would say it is close.
