lol, I have a hard time believing you'd even be able to operate a computer on that much. But I am getting the idea your posts are a little bit exaggerated.

DXM is a serious drug, and there it is being sold over-the-counter in a store on every other street corner. Funny how the War on Drugs works. It's like most drug users don't even bother with it because it's a legal cough suppressant. But if it's illegal, man it must be good. The combination of DXM and weed is particularly intense and trippy, I mean full-on closed eye visuals like acid. So its not surprising you could get some intense paranoia as well.
I never had much problem with paranoia on DXM or coke but on weed definitely and occasionally psychedelics. I have never found much of a solution other than (1) try to remind myself that I took a drug to get this way and everything will be back to normal in a few hours and (2) wait to come off it. Experience also helps. When you've had several experiences freaking out paranoid over what turned out to be nothing at all you begin to recognize it as nothing to worry about. It's just another feeling or emotion that you can experience like all the others, and some drugs are unpredictable. Also, there are always opiates, benzos, and other downers. I hate to recommend more drugs to solve a drug-related problem, but they could do the trick. It's always good to have a sedative around if you are about to take a possibly intense trip. Just don't take more than the minimum you need if you're already too jacked up on something else or you could have bigger problems than paranoia.
