The problem with this argument is that talking on a cell phone while driving is
just as dangerous as driving under the influence. Those that rant about the evils of driving under the influence (which I am not defending) use the general "alcohol is evil" morality to support their opinions.
If you are going to take the "hardliners" stance, make sure you apply it to everyone, not just to your convenient cause.
