I hate when Christmas presents end up not working / not turning out like you'd hoped. It makes you feel like a piece of crap, heh. My girlfriend has been in tears when she got me something for Christmas and it broke or didn't work.

At any rate, I think you'll love the 360 if you get one that works. I have an absolute blast with the thing. I used to hate consoles and was exclusively a PC gamer. Now I have 42 games for the 360.
