It is vandalism. Now, I am by no means a hard ass with a flag pole up my p**per but I have to say, how is this different from this?

It can't be that suggestive and be in public. It's just too adult. Granted the word "cum" means nothing, I dare say that it could be found in various dictionaries and kids are bound to look it up if they were to read it somewhere. Censorship is there for a reason. Not to prevent anything from being published but to administer appropriate learning at appropriate times.

I maintain, there is a time and place for everything.
