It seems like a bit of harmless fun more than a campaign. Still, a campaign about such a thing would likely be very popular among women. And some flamboyant men.
There's a sticker on a traffic sign around the corner from my house that read something like "What happened to building 7?" (referring to 9/11 conspiracy theories). It seems like street signs provide a public canvas for ideas, though I suspect it might be considered vandalism.
