Game-Day Appetizers
Hi all-
I'm having a party this weekend. It's an early birthday thing, plus we're watching the last regular-season UofL game. As is always the case when I have folks over to my place, I want to prepare some food....I'd like hearty appetizers that aren't *too* expensive. Offhand I'm thinking mini-burgers (with choice of fixin's) and maybe frickled pickles (fried pickles for those not in the know). I said hearty, not healthy. ;-)
Any ideas? What are your favorite game-day appetizers and munchies? I'd love to collect your recipes.
