Neil Gaiman wrote a story where a doctor who was trying to cure cancer instead discovered how to change one's sex with a pill (which also cured the cancer). It's recommending reading for the OP 
Besides exploring under the skirt, I'd dress sluty and take advantage of all the free drinks and dinners and gifts from guys trying to get me in the sack (assuming I changed into a major hottie). But only for a few hours, not the whole day
