I would say it's harder for the women, just given the gag factor. A girl's entire jaw can get tired and lock up from a good long BJ. Guy's on the other hand, if the tongue gets tired, light sucking works, if that gets too tired, running your bottom lip across her clit also works.

Although i've never given a BJ, i'd say it's alot easier for a man to pleasure a woman orally.
