Anyone seen the exact opposite of this
As stated I'm trying to find the exact opposite of this pin header to USB type A adapter

StarTech.com - 6in USB 2.0 Cable - USB A Female to USB Motherboard 4 Pin Header F/F

What I need is it to go from male type A to male 4-pin header like you find on the motherboard.
