My wife and I were sitting in front of the fire enjoying our morning coffee when the topic of the crippled economy came up and the effect it is having on our family, friends and neighbors. We discussed how the so called credit crisis has done more harm to western economies than all the religious terrorists put together.
Perhaps Homeland Security should get involved in helping to prevent this assault on our way of life. Wall Street and Washington operate like a revolving door and we know the corrupt government regulators, CEOs, bankers etc.. who are responsible for this mess. So why not hold them accountable like any other terrorist?

Guantanamo Could House Econo-Terrorists
Having read an article about a British ex-serviceman who committed suicide after losing his life savings in the Bernard Madoff scam, I have come up with an idea for Guantanamo.
Instead of letting it sit idle after the terrorists have been removed, let’s refill it with American econo-terrorists. Madoff would have lots of company if we sent all of the CEOs, bankers, hedge-fund managers and Bushies that deserve to be incarcerated for the economic terrorism they have wrought upon our country and the world.
I dare say there would be no worldwide protest over it either

Chaos in Perspective
It’s not the actual destruction that makes us fear terrorists, it’s the chaos they introduce into the system. So imagine what the rest of the world thinks of the “First-World Terrorist,” who, driven by a radical faith in greed, lays waste to financial markets and threatens prosperity everywhere. Too bad Bush and his cronies didn’t launch a preemptive strike against those bastards.
