BEE POLLEN! Well.. sorta. I like teas a lot because it always feels good going down my throat. But, bee pollen manages my appetite really well. When I'm sick, I tend to not eat at all and when I'm well, I tend to eat a lot. Bee pollen gives me a good enough appetite while I'm sick and lessens my appetite while I'm well. Great for regulating my weight, too.
