Shoe leathering steak is a heinous crime.
Also I have mates who put steak sauce or ketchup on it (I wanna shoot mr A1). If its a shit cut of meat stew it, don't call it steak...
T-Bone rocks, best of both worlds for me. Nuttin' but flame hits it till it gets to my plate then ground pepper and salt all it needs....
