I usually nab an Odwalla (sp?) bar and bring it with me on the way to work. Or, as jj suggested, a smoothie on occasion. But the health bar gives me something to eat with my 2nd cup of coffee, and its healthy. I don't like to eat first thing, but after an hour of being awake I'm ready for something. There's also no prep time, so it's easy.
