When the weather is warmer, we often have fresh smoothies for breakfast. We change it up a lot but we find that mango, pineapple, or peach work best as a base. From there, we add whatever else we desire. We tend to keep stocked up on frozen fruits so they're nice and cold when it's warm out.
What I like about them is that they fill you up without giving you that disgusting breakfast feeling, plus, with one smoothie, you have about 3 days worth of fruit servings.
