I am also not a breakfast person, but, like you said, it has a big impact on the rest of my day.
If I do eat something, it's light. Toast with strawberry jam and OJ. Some kind of fruit (usually berries... sometimes grapes) with water or soymilk.
On the days I can't stomach something solid, I make it a point to drink something. A protein drink or a fruit smoothie, something with lots of vitamins.
