Don't eat "breakfast" for breakfast. Eat some of your favourite dishes from lunch or supper menus.
I've enjoyed many veggie burgers and leftover Thai food for breakfast.
Also try congee, a popular Asian rice breakfast. It might just be different enough to tempt your taste buds.
