Your anterior delts (front shoulder) aid in drawing your upper arms toward your body (much like in dumbbell flys). This action is partially conducted during the bench press as well.

I have no clue.

I do 21 SuperSets (that's what the people here call them). That's when you have 2 dumbbells in your hands and then you raise your arms up in front of you, parallel with the ground. Then you raise them to your side, parallel with the ground. Then you push them to the sky. Do all of that 7 times, then do 3 sets of the whole thing. Not sure if this works your Deltoids or not but I have noticed muscle mass growth in my shoulders due to it. Anything I can do to target the anterior deltoids specifically?
