You might also want to try to see if you can find another hand-weight video like the Jane Fonda one. Doing the same workout indefinitely isn't as effective as changing it up every so often to challenge those muscles. Muscles respond more to change it isn't used to. Especially if you've done the Jane Fonda video 1,000 times, it might be time to move on to something new. You might be surprised at the sort of things you can do with hand weights at home.
