I work for an automotive extended service contract company
1. There is no such thing as a "bumper to bumper" extended warranty and the warranty never covers everything, no matter what the salesperson tells you.
2. For the love of God do not buy an extended warranty from a telemarketer! I cannot stress this enough! You will pay more money for less coverage this way.
