Not quite. If a company is failing, it should be allowed to fail. If it is deemed so important to the national system that
something must be done, then do not allow the same policies which caused the company to fail to continue with taxpayer money.
Essentially it's telling the druggie in rehab he can't take a fix because that's what got him in the place to start with.
