I've seen some very reasonably priced, nicely done 240SX's in the Houston area (I've been looking myself). I will second the S2000 notion (which, if practical, I would have already traded in for.)
Of course, you could always go V8 and look at 4th gen F Bodies, which are dirt cheap now.
