I noticed that you didn't mention what your diet consisted of here. Still, you should have lost a lot more than 3 lbs. in 5 months. I'm just guessing here, but did you essentially do the same set of exercises for all 5 months?

Yes, but starving yourself means that a lot of the weight you lost was likely muscle mass.
