B vitamins, for sure.
My energy "snack" is a combination of an 8 oz. glass of orange juice with a banana. The banana brings a whole host of vitamins and minerals to the table, including B vitamins and potassium. Orange juice provides additional potassium, folic acid, and vitamin C.
