correct! so you shoot the cop, and then the cop's friends come by, and maybe you shoot one of those before the FBI, ATF, SWAT, and lots of other acronymns get involved with body armor, ballistic shields, stun and gas grenades, fully automatic weapons, and if you really pissed them off, a tank.
