Imagine the havoc you could wreck upon the sex offender community. You get convicted of a sex crime, and POOF - insta mind fuck NEUTERED. No more sex drive means so chance for repeat offenses. The world is a safer place once again.
Of course the human race will naturally use it as a biological warfare weapon and somehow concoct a method to enact genocide and racial cleansing - but then again - I don't think the research behind the atomic bomb was created to blow people up in the first place.
