I was extremely resistant to 2007 when we first upgraded at work. After three months, I have to grudgingly admit there are some things I'm beginning to like about it. I personally think they changed too much too fast. If you have 2003 and need to be able to use 2007 files, download the compatibility pack or download OpenOffice.
