For me, it depends on *how* I'm touched as much as where. A certain light, fluttering touch can send me into throws of giggles, but a different sort of touch to the exact same area creates a different kind of sensation. My "surprise" ticklish spot (not one of the standard spots) is the underside of my arm. Touched the right way, and I'm on the ceiling. Most tickling to me (with the exception of my feet) is "good tickling", though.
