They should fire the GM as well. He's the guy that signed and traded for all of the big names last off-season.
The head coach, unless they are a major factor in the offensive or defensive play-calling or cause a locker-room revolt, is usually the least-responsible person in this kind of situation. They get too much credit when things go right, and too much blame when things go wrong.
