They're okay, but they're not usually the first thing I look at in a woman. There are some women whose breasts turn me on, but usually there's something else about her that I already find attractive, such as her face, eyes, hair, hips, legs, & personality. (those are in no particular order btw). Most of the women I have found attractive have had small to medium size breasts, generally big ones don't do much for me unless she has matching hips, a narrow waist, and a very pretty face.
