the first significant snow of the season is to arrive here in tiny town this afternoon.
i will soon go to the tiny town annual gentleman's lunch to begin bracing for this eventuality. for the event itself, i am armed with a bottle of single malt and a stack of books. bring it on, i say.
predictions are for somewhere between 7" to a foot of snow.
the other prediction involves shoveling snow with a hangover.
on that i shall say no more.
