Good question.
I myself am a 'boob man' so I can assure you that I appreciate breasts (not to objectify women).
As to whether or not it is genetic or sociological - this has been debated for years. Desmon Morris would tell you it is genetic, however, I would tend to argue that there is a synergy between nature and nurture.
