It sort of reminds me of a little travelling merry-go-round that used to come around to our neighborhood when I was a kid. It was built onto the back of a large pickup truck, with a cage/fence around it and steps so the kids could walk up and sit on the little horsies, cost five cents a ride. A large manual crank on the side of the truck made it turn around and the driver guy would usually let one of the kids turn the crank. I was usually the designated crank-turner since I made it go faster than anyone else. My goal was to try to make as many kids throw up as possible.
