I don't use Netscape for email, but a few questions that may clear things up for someone else..
do you get any error messages?
are the accounts IMAP or POP3?
have you installed any software recently?
have you had any other problems recently?
From an initial search through netscapes support forum, my suspicion is that it might have something to do with profiles. See if you have more than one profile setup in netscape.
