Knew some guys in college who used to get their Ferret high. It's a step from there to rat, but not a really big step.

* Hey man. Look. It's a rat. And he's rocking out to our Jams. That's a really cool rat. I wonder if rats can get stoned. Hey, little buddy, you want a puff of this? No? Sure you do.

Many hours later, a chinese eyed rat is found laying on the snare, twitching occasionally. Someone has the bright idea of recording it, and it is posted out on the Web as "Drums - Ypsilanti '79", and becomes famous as the only recording of the Dead's lost Michigan show. It's posted to Wikipedia, and Steven Colbert decides to use it to try to make fun of hippies.

This backfires spectacularly when musicologists determine that the rhythm is inconsistent with the Grateful Dead's work, but is perfectly consistent with the house band from the Galliadet School - the Grateful Deaf.

Meanwhile, the rat wakes fuzzy headed, drinks a flat, leftover beer, and crawls into the pantry, where it eats 2 chocolate pop tarts and a half a kielbasa before levering itself into its hole and amazing its rat-kin with tales of its adventures.
