other than the occasional smile from a pretty girl, i find little stores and out of the way places, and later, when i need something, or someone asks me where they can get something, i can tell them and they wonder how i knew of this little hole in the wall. walking home one night i went through the park and saw a mariachi band playing to no one, the bums in the park were enjoying it. a warm night, mariachi music for no reason, it was surreal and cool. i dont really have any cool interesting stories right now, other than the kid walking around peeing all over and laughing about it. i assume i will eventually be mugged walking home alone at night, then i will have a cool story.

Parking downtown Chicago is either:
 a) ridiculously expensive
 b) impossible to find
 c) all of the above

Now we own 4 cars. One for every member of the family. They are all used every day.

you are joking, right? i mean, you talk about parking being impossible and expensive, which is a great reason right there not to drive, and 5 miles on a bicycle is not far.
