yes, I do realize that, this situation doesn't mean that HSBC, RBS, or other foreign banks, cannot purchase the debts and assume the operatoins of the banks here.
This belief is the same that I have for the automotive industry.
The system will not fail completely which is what we witnessed in the 30s because there are outsiders that do have capital to purchase the outstanding companies and debts.
