In the end, I came up with:

a) VENN DIAGRAM (at first, I only came up with 7 appropriate "numbered-regions", but I finished the diagram with an overall ten. I suppose it is your choice whether or not you include the entire 100 student populus, as well as the triple-language studiers, but they are not truly relevant to what is asked in the query, so they are not as important, and perhaps can/should be overlooked.)
