Hm, I think I'd have to say Ringu and Ring2. But I saw them both in the theater, and that's always scarier. The american version scared me because I can't believe anybody could ruin a film so effectively.
For everybody who's saying the Excorcist, you should really see Excorcist, you should try Excorcist 3. Excorcist 2 was possibly one of the worst films ever made, but 3 makes my top ten horror films every year.
Um, I guess I would rate Evil Dead 2 higher than Army Of Darkness, just because AoD was funnier than it was scary.
The Legend of Hell House used to creep the shit out of me when I was a kid, but I was a kid, so who knows. I can't seem to find it on video.
I still get kind of freaked out by Planet of the Vampires and Cannibal Holocaust. Those films with random madness and no explanation appeal to me.
