Hi!
I used my menstrual cup - the mooncup - for the first time and found it ridiculously hard to remove and very painful. It felt like it was sucking my insides out, i could not get the suction to release and i read all of the instructions...this seems way more complicated than using tampons!
Has anyone got any tips on removing these things easily? I really dont want to go through this process again!
