See, I find it interesting when patterns like these dominate for a while... due to whatever stresses are going on at the time, as you said. And then they fade away. Those kinds of dreams are easy to figure out. It's the random ones (with no pattern or stopping point) that just leave me scratching my head in the morning, wondering where the hell my brain pulled that one out of...

Heh, now this is interesting. I don't know if I "like" the chasing dreams, but there is a high level of adrenaline pumping through me during those dreams... and a definite pattern that I forgot to mention earlier, is that I often dream about crisis/catastrophic situations, where ktsp and I are with a group of people, and we're all in a life-or-death event where people have to sacrifice themselves for others, etc. I have said very tearful, traumatic goodbyes to ktsp in my dreams, more times than I can count.
One thing I almost never dream about is my own death. I can only really remember one vivid dream about it--I was shot point-blank in the side of the head in a captive situation, and everything went to black immediately. I was no longer conscious, even in the dream. It was creepy as hell... I'm glad that doesn't "feature" very often.
