Been there, done that. What I learned was this: Life will be tougher to get through when it gets to the point that relationships are lost. What you're doing isn't really helping you.

Loads of great advice in this thread. I wanted to add that often, we don't want to burden others. But don't be afraid to lean on those around you who care.
