Garlic Peanuts
a filipino favorite...
1 whole head of garlic
1 can of spanish peanuts (cocktail peanuts)
2 tbsp vegatable oil
salt
crush garlic and remove all the skins.
heat 2 tbsp of oil until hot. fry garlic until brown, DO NOT BURN!!! it goes from toasted to burnt in a matter of seconds so don't look away. remove and drain fried garlic.
wipe pan clean, reduce heat toss in peanuts, add garlic, add salt to taste.
put into container to cool and enjoy!
