I can touch my palms to the floor without bending knees. Don't need to work at it either.
I can do the ("Chinese") splits with about 2-3 weeks of stretching.

my left shoulder can dislocate comfortably, and I can put it all the way behind my head so that its nearly horizontal to the ground.
