My wife is a vet and I've done plenty of dissection in college. Dogs and cats have muscular attachments on the forelimb, and no sockets for dislocation. Most clothes require you to slide in the forelimb and not the hind legs (see Obi-Bun above) therefore there is no risk of dislocating anything. If a person goes apeshit on the animal then they may tear a nerve, but then that person shouldn't have owned the animal to begin with, and dressing the animal wasn't the issue.

Additionally, I don't see many people just grabbing and lifting a horse's front leg, so slipping a jacket over a horse's forelimb and endangering the animal is very unlikely. Sorry to rain on your disinformative parade, but there is no basis for your claim.

Now, back to Obi-Bun and the case of the missing pictures. I dug around on the camera but I can't find any right now. I have alot more to dig through so bear with me
