I knew a guy who took his family to Guam, they ate at Mcdonalds, Denny´s, etc. No matter how hard he tried, his wife would NOT eat anything but "American" food. We didn´t like her all that much.

I know people like that. They actually went to Italy and ate in American restaurants because the local restaurants didn't serve "real" Italian food.
